Email replies that start from what you have already written
Most customer and partner emails ask something your documents already answer. SupaCortex drafts the reply from those documents, inside the help desk the mail arrives in, and shows the agent where every point came from.

How does SupaCortex help answer email?
SupaCortex drafts email replies through the help desk that receives the mail. The desk sends the conversation to SupaCortex's Draft API; SupaCortex searches the right project, writes a reply grounded in your documents, checks its citations and returns the draft. An agent edits and sends it, and the desk reports whether it went out unedited or edited. UnifyDesk has this built in; any other desk can integrate the API.
- SupaCortex does not read a mailbox itself - the help desk does.
- Asynchronous: the desk polls, or receives a signed callback with retries.
- Your desk's placeholders kept, such as the customer's first name.
- No evidence, no draft - with the reason given.
- Draft API included from the Growth plan; 3 AI credits per draft.
One email, start to finish
-
01
The email arrives in the desk
"Does the annual plan include the reporting module?" lands in UnifyDesk, or your own desk, as usual.
-
02
The desk asks SupaCortex
An agent clicks for a draft, or the desk asks automatically. The thread, subject and product go to the Draft API.
-
03
A cited draft comes back
Written from the pricing page and the plan sheet, citations checked. The agent sees the sources; the customer sees a clean reply.
-
04
A person sends it
The agent edits and sends. The desk reports the outcome, and SupaCortex tracks acceptance by category.
Two ways in
UnifyDesk: built in
Connect UnifyDesk to SupaCortex with an API key and your workspace's sub-domain, map each product to a project, and agents get "Ask SupaCortex" in the composer.
- Drafts on request, or automatically when the customer writes.
- Tone and longest reply set once for the desk.
- UnifyDesk's approval rules apply to drafted replies like any other.
Any other desk: the Draft API
If your team works in another help desk, or one you built, a developer integrates the Draft API.
- POST the ticket - subject, messages, requester, product - and get a draft id back at once.
- Poll for the draft, or register a callback URL; callbacks are signed and retried.
- Report the outcome (sent unedited, edited or discarded) so quality is measured.
- API keys are scoped to drafts:write and limited to the projects you grant.
A Gmail add-on is on the roadmap. Until then, email needs to arrive in a help desk to be drafted.
