Five decisions behind an AI you can put your name to
Every AI assistant can write a fluent paragraph. The differences that matter show up the first time a customer asks something your documents do not cover, the day a policy changes, and the moment someone asks where your data went.
- One brain, many channels
- Cited or silent
- People approve
- Models we operate
Why choose SupaCortex over another AI assistant?
SupaCortex is built around five decisions: one body of knowledge answers every channel, so a fix made once is right everywhere; every answer is cited, and when the sources do not cover a question it says so; people approve what it learns from past tickets and what gets sent to customers by email; your knowledge stays on infrastructure we operate and is never used for training; and it plugs into the help desk you already have.
- One workspace answers the website, your app, your help desk, your staff and your API.
- Numbered citations on every answer, checked before it is shown.
- "Not enough information" instead of a confident guess.
- Nothing mined from tickets is used until a person approves it.
- Open models on infrastructure we operate - no third-party AI API.
- Built and supported in Noida by a team you can reach.
One brain, many channels
Most companies end up with a chatbot on the website, another in the help desk and a third for staff - each trained on a different copy of the truth. When a policy changes, two of them are wrong.
- One workspace answers the website widget, your mobile app, your help desk, your team and your API.
- Update a document once and every channel answers from the new version.
- Projects keep audiences apart - public help, internal HR, one client - without separate tools.
- Feeds keep the drives, wikis and help centres in step on a schedule.
Cited, or silent
A confident wrong answer is worse than no answer: a customer acts on it, and an agent stops trusting the tool. So SupaCortex shows its sources, and declines when it has none.
- Numbered citations on every answer - document, section, passage and link.
- Citations are checked before the answer is shown; a failed answer is regenerated once.
- A confidence gate answers "not enough information" rather than guessing.
- Official documents outrank past tickets, so the policy beats the anecdote.
People approve what it learns and what gets sent
Past tickets hold your best answers - and customers' names, phone numbers and one-off exceptions. Help desk replies carry your company's name. Both deserve a person in the loop.
- Mined tickets are redacted, checked and de-duplicated, then a person approves each answer.
- Nothing mined is searchable until it is approved.
- Help desk replies are drafts: in UnifyDesk an agent edits and sends, under UnifyDesk's own approval rules.
- Actions in your systems always ask the user to confirm first.
Your knowledge stays on infrastructure we run
Sending your contracts, policies and customer conversations to someone else's AI API is a question your security team will ask on day one. Our answer is short.
- Open language and embedding models run on infrastructure we operate - no third-party AI API.
- Your content is never used to train or fine-tune a model.
- Each workspace has its own two databases, including its own vector database.
- Secrets are encrypted at rest and write-only; answers are scoped by project and customer.
Built to plug into the desk you have
Most AI support tools want you to move your tickets to their help desk first. That is a migration project wearing an AI badge.
- UnifyDesk has SupaCortex built in - "Ask SupaCortex" in the composer and drafts ready when the customer writes.
- Any other desk can ask for cited drafts through the Draft API, and report what the agent changed.
- Learn from past Zendesk, osTicket and UnifyDesk tickets without leaving them.
- Priced per workspace with AI credits - website visitors and app users are never seats.
When SupaCortex is the wrong choice
Nobody wins from a bad fit discovered in month three. If one of these describes you, say so on the demo call and we will tell you what we would use instead.
You need answers inside Slack, Teams or WhatsApp today
SupaCortex answers in its own widget, its team chat, your help desk and your API. Slack, Microsoft Teams and WhatsApp are on the roadmap, not in the product. If your staff will only ever ask inside Slack, wait or choose a tool that lives there.
You need per-user permissions mirrored from your drives
SupaCortex controls access by project and by customer, not by copying each user's Drive, SharePoint or Confluence sharing. If every employee must see exactly what their drive lets them see, an enterprise search product built around that is the better fit.
You want the AI to answer email on its own
SupaCortex drafts help desk and email replies; a person sends them. Automatic sending is not offered today. If full automation of email replies is the goal, we are not there.
You need SOC 2 or ISO 27001 for procurement
We hold neither, and have not started either. If your procurement process cannot proceed without a certificate, it is better to know now.
