Everything your company knows.
Answering wherever it's asked.
SupaCortex learns from your documents, help centre, drives, wikis and past tickets - then answers with the source attached, on your website, inside your app, in your help desk and in your team's chat. When the answer isn't in your knowledge, it says so.
- Citations on every answer
- 14-day trial, set up with you
- Not trained on your data
One brain, every place your people ask
What is SupaCortex?
SupaCortex is an AI knowledge assistant for businesses. It builds one searchable "brain" from a company's own knowledge - uploaded documents, help-centre and website pages, Google Drive, SharePoint, Confluence and S3, and the answers agents have already written in resolved tickets - and answers questions from it with citations. The same knowledge answers customers in a website or in-app chat widget, drafts replies inside UnifyDesk and other help desks, answers staff in a private team chat, and serves your own tools through a search and answer API. When the knowledge does not contain the answer, SupaCortex says so instead of guessing.
- Learns from uploads, website crawls, S3, Google Drive, SharePoint, Confluence and resolved tickets.
- Hybrid search with a confidence gate - an unsupported answer becomes "I don't know".
- Every answer cites the document, section and passage it came from.
- Answers on your site, in your app, in your help desk, in team chat and over an API.
- Can look things up and take confirmed actions in your own systems.
- Each workspace in its own databases; models run on infrastructure we operate.
Your company already knows the answer. Nobody can find it.
It is in a PDF on a drive, a page on the wiki, and a reply an agent wrote last March. So the same question gets answered from scratch, again and again - or worse, guessed.
Knowledge in twelve places
Policies on SharePoint, how-tos in the help centre, the real answers in old tickets. Each tool searches only itself, and people give up after the second one.
The same question, forty times a week
"How do I reset...", "What is the policy on...". Each one costs an agent or an HR person ten minutes they will spend again tomorrow.
Chatbots that sound sure and are wrong
A general AI answers fluently from the internet, not from your terms. One confident wrong answer about a refund costs more than a hundred right ones save.
Learn, ground, answer, improve
Connect what you have once. SupaCortex keeps it in step and answers from it wherever people ask.
Learn
Upload files, point it at your help centre, connect Drive, SharePoint or Confluence. Feeds re-read on a schedule and fetch only what changed.
See the sourcesGround
Every question runs a hybrid search over your knowledge. Official documents outrank old tickets, and weak evidence stops the answer before it starts.
See grounded answersAnswer anywhere
The same brain answers in a website widget, inside your app, as reply drafts in your help desk, in your team's chat and over an API.
See every channelImprove
Thumbs up and down on every answer, and resolved tickets mined into new Q&A - which a person approves before anyone can be answered from it.
See ticket miningAn answer you can check. Or an honest “I don't know”.
A wrong answer delivered confidently is worse than no answer. SupaCortex answers only from what your company wrote, shows where each claim came from, and steps back when the evidence isn't there.
- Sources on every answer Numbered citations open the document, section and exact passage behind each claim.
- A confidence gate When search finds nothing strong enough, the model is never asked to improvise.
- Citations are checked An answer citing a passage that doesn't support it is repaired or written again.
- Official beats anecdotal Your policies outrank a past ticket; old tickets drop out when official sources cover it.
One brain. Every place your people ask.
Customers, agents and employees ask in different places. They should all get the same answer, from the same source, with the same citation.
Slack, Microsoft Teams and WhatsApp are on the roadmap. See every integration and its status.
The draft is waiting when the agent opens the ticket
UnifyDesk, our help desk, asks SupaCortex for a reply the moment a customer writes. The agent opens the ticket to a draft that cites your documentation, edits it, and sends it - through UnifyDesk's own approval rules, like any other reply.
- The AI never sends. A person reads, edits and sends every reply.
- Drafts cite your knowledge; unsupported claims are checked out before the agent sees them.
- UnifyDesk reports whether the draft was sent as-is or edited, so you can see if it is helping.
- Any other help desk can do the same through the Draft API.
Hi Ravi - version 4.2 now signs every webhook and rejects endpoints that don't
answer within 10 seconds 1. If your receiver checks the old
header, update it to X-Signature-256 2 and the
queued deliveries will retry automatically.

Built for answers people can act on
Sources that stay in step, answers that show their working, and the controls to decide who can ask what.
One brain, many jobs
Keep each audience in its own project - customers, agents, employees, each client - and answer every one of them from the same platform.
A general chatbot knows the internet. SupaCortex knows your company.
General assistants are remarkable - and they answer from everything except your policies. Enterprise search suites are powerful - and priced for a thousand seats. SupaCortex sits between: your knowledge, cited, answering your customers as well as your staff.
| What you need | SupaCortex | A general AI chatbot |
|---|---|---|
| Answers from your own documents | Only those | Mostly the internet |
| A source for every claim | Always | Sometimes |
| Says "I don't know" | By design | Rarely |
| Stays in step with your wiki | Scheduled feeds | Re-upload by hand |
| Answers your customers too | Widget & help desk | Staff only |
| Knows who is asking | Signed identity | No |

What changes when the answers come from your own documents
The widget answers from the same help centre our agents use, and it shows the article it used. When it does not know, it says so - which is the reason we trusted it on the site at all.
Our engineers open a ticket and the draft is already there, citing that client's runbook. They edit and send. The draft never goes out on its own, and that is how we wanted it.
Employees ask the handbook instead of the HR inbox. The answer quotes the clause, and if they ask about their own leave it looks it up for them.
Your knowledge is your business. It is guarded that way.
Each workspace in its own databases, every credential encrypted and never shown again, models running on infrastructure we operate, and answers scoped to who is asking. The detail is on one page, written for your security team.
Security & dataIsolated by design
Two databases per workspace - your documents and vectors never share a table with anyone else's.
No third-party AI API
Open models on infrastructure we operate. We don't train models on your content.
Secrets stay secret
OAuth tokens and API credentials encrypted at rest and write-only.
Scoped answers
Projects decide what can be asked; signed identity decides whose data is in reach.
Questions people ask before they start
