Integrations

One brain. Use it from anywhere.

SupaCortex learns from the places your knowledge already lives and answers wherever people ask - your website, your app, your help desk, your team's chat and your own tools. Learn it once; every channel gets the same answer.

  • 14 ways in
  • 7 places it answers today
  • Any HTTPS API for the rest

What does SupaCortex integrate with?

SupaCortex learns from uploaded files, content pushed through its API, public websites and help centres (including TheDocs and Google Sites), Amazon S3, Google Drive, SharePoint and Confluence, and past tickets from Zendesk, osTicket and UnifyDesk. It answers in a website or in-app chat widget, in team chat for staff, inside UnifyDesk and any other help desk through the Draft API, and in your own tools through the Search & Answer API. Custom connectors let it look up data and take actions in any HTTPS API.

  • Every source and channel works on the same projects - no copy of the knowledge per channel.
  • Feeds re-read their source on a schedule and fetch only what changed.
  • Past tickets are redacted and approved by a person before they can be used.
  • Every answer carries citations, in every channel.
  • SupaCortex writes help desk drafts; it never sends them.
  • Slack, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams and a Gmail add-on are on the roadmap.

Build your own

Not on the list? Three ways to connect it anyway

No ready-made connector does not have to mean no connection.

Push it in

If a system can export or send content, the ingest API takes it: text or a file, with your own reference, category, tags and customer.

Let the assistant call it

Describe any HTTPS API - or import its OpenAPI file - and the assistant can look things up and, with confirmation, act for the signed-in user.

Call SupaCortex from it

Search, answers, chat and reply drafts are all HTTPS APIs with scoped keys. If it can make a web request, it can ask the brain.

Frequently asked

Questions people ask before they start

They are available now on the Growth plan and above: connect with OAuth, pick folders, sites or spaces, and SupaCortex keeps them in step on a schedule. We mark them Beta while we prove them against more real-world drives and wikis, and we set up the first connection with you.

No. Access is decided by project: you choose which folders, sites and spaces go into a project, and who can ask that project - your team in team chat, signed-in users or the public in the widget, or an API key. Keep internal and public knowledge in separate projects, because anything in a project behind a public widget can be used to answer the public.

Not yet - they are on the roadmap, along with a Gmail add-on. Today your team asks in SupaCortex's own team chat, customers ask in the website or in-app widget, and anything else can call the API.

No, and deliberately so. Email reaches SupaCortex through your help desk: the desk turns the email into a ticket and asks the Draft API for a reply. UnifyDesk does this out of the box; other desks can call the API.

Usually, yes. A public site can be crawled, files can be uploaded or pushed through the ingest API, any HTTPS API can be described as a connector for lookups and actions, and any help desk that can make an HTTP call can use the Draft API. There is no ready-made connector for tools such as Notion, Jira, Freshdesk, Intercom, HubSpot or Salesforce today.

Uploads, the push API, website crawling, Amazon S3, the chat widget, team chat and the Search & Answer API are on every plan. Google Drive, SharePoint, Confluence, the Draft API and API connectors start on Growth. Learning from past tickets starts on Business.
