Prices in Indian rupees per workspace, excluding GST. Prices in US dollars per workspace. Customers in India are billed in rupees. There is no self-service sign-up: our team sets up every workspace, so every plan starts from a demo or trial request.
What a credit buys, and what happens at zero
Credits meter the AI work itself - writing an answer, drafting a reply, reading a past conversation, indexing a document. Searching is free. If a request fails, its credits come back.

As a rough guide, 2,000 credits is about 2,000 widget answers, or over 600 help desk drafts.
Plan credits and packs
- Plan credits renew monthly
- Each plan grants its credits on the first day of the billing period. What is left at the end of the period expires.
- Packs never expire
- Buy 5k, 25k, 100k credit packs at any time. Pack credits are used only after the month's plan credits run out, and they carry over.
- Alerts before you run out
- Owners and Admins are notified at 80% and 100% of the month's plan credits, and when a pack is added.
- At zero, it pauses - politely
- Answers and drafts stop with a clear "temporarily unavailable" message rather than a wrong answer or a surprise bill. Documents waiting to be indexed are queued, not lost, and resume when credits arrive.
What we count, and what we never do
AI pricing goes wrong when you are billed for things you cannot control - how many people visit your site, or how many customers use your app.

Our team creates your workspace on its own sub-domain, with Growth-plan limits and 2,000 AI credits. No credit card, and no self-service sign-up to get lost in.
We connect the first sources with you. If you do not choose a plan, the workspace turns read-only - the widget, API and feeds stop - and your documents stay where they are.
Changing plans
Upgrades apply at once, and the new plan's credits and limits arrive with them.
A downgrade never deletes anything. Projects or documents above the new limits become read-only until you are back under them.
