Thirty minutes, and we keep to it. If you need longer we will book a second session rather than running over.
Nothing is required. If you send a handful of documents or the address of your help centre, and five questions people actually ask you, we will load them before the call so you see answers from your own material - including the questions it should decline.
Our team creates your workspace on its own sub-domain, with Growth-plan limits and 2,000 AI credits. There is no public sign-up and no credit card. We connect the first sources with you, and when the trial ends your documents stay put while you decide.
One follow-up email with a summary, a suggested plan and an estimate of the AI credits your volume would use. If you say no, that is the end of it.
